To answer you, price the job, schedule it and do it.
To send the messages you asked for: a confirmation, a reminder, a text when we are on the way, the total when the job is done.
To keep a record of the work for warranty and bookkeeping.
Never sold. Never rented. Not shared with anyone except the people and services that help us run the business (below).
Who else sees it
Koira (koira.ai) runs this website, the chat, the booking and the text messages for SAC Home Remodeling, and stores this information on our behalf. Koira uses it only to run these services for us.
Our phone and text messaging carrier, our payment processor when you pay by card, and a calendar or bookkeeping tool we use to run the business. Each sees only what it needs to do its part.
The law, when a court or the authorities require it.
